const char* QarLibraryInit::log_folder_path

Folder for qar_streaming.log, or NULL for no log file. The file starts empty on each init and rolls over once it is a day old or 256 MiB, to qar_streaming.<UTC time>.log; the oldest of those are deleted so the log takes at most 3 GiB. UTF-8, like every path in this API (see Text encoding).
