DeviceCategory enum

What kind of device a peer is (C QarDeviceCategory): the rendering fallback when the peer's PeerSpec.DeviceId and PeerSpec.DeviceFamily are unknown to the application. A new device model never adds a value; treat an unnamed value as DeviceCategory.Unknown.

Name	Value	Description
Unknown	0	Infrastructure, runtime, control, test targets and unrecognised devices.
DesktopPC	1	A desktop or laptop PC (every source application by default).
Server	2	A server machine.
Headset	3	A headset or glasses of any model.
Visualizer	4	A Visualizer receiver showing streams on the PC.
Camera	5	A camera of any model: its capture process, or its receiver slot.
