PeerPresence enum

Whether a peer is here, as an application should act on it (C QarPeerPresence). Render for, wait for and count PeerPresence.Online and PeerPresence.Unknown peers (PeerSpec.IsReachable). The hub's own view of the session decides PeerPresence.Online and PeerPresence.Offline; a leave the peer announced decides PeerPresence.Leaving and PeerPresence.Retired.

Values

Name	Value	Description
Unknown	0	The hub has not reconciled the peer yet (an older hub that never does, or one that just started). Nothing says it is gone: treat it like PeerPresence.Online.
Online	1	The hub sees the peer in the session.
Offline	2	The hub no longer sees the peer: a crash, a kill, a network loss or a short drop. It reads PeerPresence.Online again once it is back, without doing anything.
Leaving	3	The peer announced it is leaving (a clean exit); it may come back under its id.
Retired	4	The peer left for good and never comes back under its id.
