Onboarding Devices

QAROS supports several device types for joining a Hub session. The exact installation and deployment steps are handled by the Hub operator and depend on the device class.

Supported devices​

  • HoloLens 2 - runs the sideloaded QAROS HoloLens Player app.
  • Meta Quest - runs the QAROS player app as a native OpenXR app.
  • P&C Solutions METALENSE 2 - runs the QAROS player app as a native OpenXR app.
  • Android phones and tablets - run the QAROS Android player.
  • Desktop visualizer - joins on the Hub or another desktop machine.
  • ZED stereo camera - joins as a camera-visualizer peer.
